Referral Terms

Draft for legal review before launch.

• Members get a personal link. One referrer per new account, recorded at sign-up; self-referrals don't count.
• Reward: a share of the Atlas performance fee actually collected from the person you referred (public referrers 10%, private 20%), for 6 months from when their copying starts.
• Rewards are credited only after the fee appears on a Fusion statement and are reversed if the fee is refunded.
• Referrers see counts and monthly totals, never another member's balances or trades. [Review: payout method and minimums.]
