Complaints Policy

Last updated 6 November 2026

If we get something wrong, we want to hear about it and put it right.

1. How to complain

Tell us what happened, when, and what you'd like us to do. Include the month, trade or statement if it's about a fee or a trade.

2. What happens next

  1. We confirm we've received your complaint within 2 business days.
  2. A person looks into it, checking your account records, statements and our logs.
  3. We send you a written answer explaining what we found and what we'll do, within 15 business days. If it's complex and we need longer, we'll tell you why and when to expect it.

3. Fees

For a fee you think is wrong, see section 6 of the Fees & Billing Policy. Because the broker collects the fee, corrections are made through its copy-trading service.

4. Matters handled by the broker

Deposits, withdrawals, identity checks, trade execution and the broker's own charges are handled by the broker. We'll help you contact them, and you can also use the broker's own complaints process.

5. If you're not satisfied

If you're unhappy with our final answer, you may have the right to take your complaint to a dispute resolution body or court where you live.
